  15. This is a maintenance release to fix some bugs created in earlier
  16. version.  There are no significant enhancments.
  17.  
  18.   1.  PCOPY would often change the current working directory, and then
  19.   not change it back.  Changed to remember and reset the initial working
  20.   directory.

  22.   2.  /FI would sometimes cause an endless loop.

  24.   3.  /DY would not delete directories if the did not exist on the
  25.   source.  True sychronize now.
